Culinary Institute of Cagayan de Oro (CIC), the first Culinary School in Northern Mindanao, is also the first culinary school in the Philippines today that integrates Holistic Nutrition in their course programs. They have A-1 visiting Chef Instructors from Manila: Nutritionist/Dietician Chef Instructor; Entrepreneur Chef Instructor; and Chef Instructors coming from known Culinary Schools in Manila and Celebrity Chef Instructor, their administration staff coming from the best institutions with excellent and exemplary qualifications.

Their Program Tuition Fees are very affordable, and student chefs are sent to the best land, air and water on-the-job training (OJT) with state-of-art culinary facilities.
